Christmas Party Nights in Liverpool – With Free Entry
Christmas doesn’t have to mean another set-menu meal followed by a taxi somewhere else.
From 27 November 2026, Blackstock Market transforms every Friday and Saturday from 6pm into a festive party destination filled with live entertainment and Christmas atmosphere.
Expect live bands and singers, roaming magicians, The Grinch and a spectacular snow finale to finish the evening. Better still, entry is completely free, with tables available to reserve for groups ranging from 4 to 400 people.
That makes it an easy option whether you’re searching for a Liverpool work Christmas party, arranging a big group night out or simply getting your mates together for Christmas.
Christmas Comedy at Hot Water Comedy Club
Want your Christmas night out to come with some serious laughs?
Located inside Blackstock Market, Hot Water Comedy Club will host its Christmas Special Comedy Shows, bringing some of the UK’s top comedians to the stage for seasonal stand-up, festive stories and plenty of Christmas chaos.
The shows are designed for everything from work Christmas parties to festive nights with friends and family, with individual show dates, times, availability and ticket prices available through Hot Water Comedy Club.
It means you can make comedy the main event or combine a show with food and drinks elsewhere around Blackstock Market.
Looking for Something Different? Try a Whisky Tasting
For a Christmas experience that’s a little different from the traditional office party, head into Whisky & Water.
Home to a collection of more than 400 whiskies from around the world, Whisky & Water offers expert-led, personalised tasting sessions suitable for everyone from complete beginners to experienced whisky drinkers.
Tastings are available Thursday to Sunday, with packages starting from £55 per person for groups of 4 to 60 people.
It’s an alternative Christmas gift, team experience or smaller festive celebration, particularly for groups looking for something more intimate than a traditional Christmas party.
Private Christmas Party Venues in Liverpool
Want the space entirely to yourselves?
Blackstock Market has several private hire spaces in Liverpool, allowing you to match the room to the size and style of your Christmas celebration.
The Blackstock Garden Lounge is a completely private indoor space within the Blackstock Roof Garden. It seats up to 60 guests and includes its own toilets, accessibility, digital screens and space for live music. It’s available free to hire subject to a minimum spend.
For larger celebrations, Lily’s Lounge accommodates up to 140 guests across three distinct areas, including a bridge seating area overlooking the main space, a spacious bar and a separate room with a stage. The space also has lift access, its own toilets and a small green room, and is likewise free to hire with a minimum spend.
Private Karaoke Christmas Party?
For something a little less conventional, there’s the Smith Suite.
This intimate live-lounge style venue accommodates up to 70 guests and features premium sound and lighting, couch seating and a three-tiered stage.
New for 2026, groups can also arrange their own private karaoke room, complete with professional sound equipment, microphones and screens. Live-band karaoke can also be arranged on request.
For a Liverpool Christmas party where everyone ends up on the microphone by the end of the night, this could be the one.
Planning a Really Big Christmas Party?
Blackstock Market can go much bigger.
The entire venue has a capacity of up to 2,000 people, making full-venue hire an option for large company Christmas parties, corporate events and major celebrations.
Hiring the whole venue opens access to its different spaces and atmospheres, with live music and entertainment also available to arrange. Pricing is provided according to individual requirements.
Festive Food & Drinks
No Christmas party is complete without food and drinks.
Blackstock Market’s Christmas offering includes pre-orderable drinks options, including five-bottle buckets from £23, wine from £21 per bottle, Prosecco for £26.50 and mulled wine and mulled cider for £6.90. Vegan and gluten-free food options are also available.
With food, drinks, comedy and entertainment available within the wider venue, groups can build more of their Christmas night around one destination rather than organising multiple locations.
