Age: Participants must be 18+.
Location: Open to creators resident in The North West, UK or surrounding areas provided you have an audience in The North West of the UK
Account standing: Active public creator account(s) with prior posted content; Blackstock Market reserves the right to refuse applications.
Application & Booking
Application to the Broadcast list does not guarantee acceptance.
The complimentary night out is non-transferable and valid only on mutually agreed dates/times. Blackstock Market may require proof of identity when attending.
What's Included
The complimentary night out for 4 people is in return for a posted review video. If no review is posted you will be charged the amount due for the night out and you will be removed from any future invitations.
Maximum 4 people per complimentary booking. Any additional guests will be paid for at your expense.
Content requirements
Content must be an original video review of your visit, review must be honest and not misleading.
Content must show the specific event you were invited to review. You must show the venue and ensure to mention Blackstock Market/ Hot Water Comedy Club by name.
Content must not contain offensive, defamatory, or unsafe material.
Only positive videos are eligible for payment. Honest neutral/negative reviews may be accepted but unpaid.
Content must comply with platform rules and applicable laws.
Publishing Rules & Timing
Video review must be published publicly within 72 hours of the date of your visit.
Allowed platforms include; Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube. Please note - if posting the same video across multiple platforms, only one video will be included in view total for payment so please choose your highest performing video.
After publishing your review, you have up to 14 days to submit your view numbers for payment. Views after 14 days of publishing will not be accounted for.
View verification
Public view counts visible on the platform or authenticated analytics screenshots.
Public video link, plus one or more of: platform view counter screenshot, creator analytics export showing views, or platform-provided short link stats.
Screenshots must show date/time and account name.
Fake views / any fraudulent analytics will not be paid for and you will be removed from the broadcast list and not invited to any future showcases and events.
Payment Process
After submission, we will verify your views and ensure that analytics are correct.
We then process payment within 14 days.
Creator must provide valid payment details and tax information if required.
Payments will be made to the person/ account that submitted the application; offers are non-transferable.
Fraud & manipulation
Any attempt to artificially inflate views (bots, paid view farms, view exchanges, misleading tags) will void payment and will result in removal from the programme.
Blackstock Market reserves the right to use third-party verification and audit view counts.
Use of content & video rights
Creators grant Blackstock Market a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the submitted video and related content for marketing across our channels (website, social, ads), with credit where practical.
Disclosure & compliance
Creators must comply with advertising/disclosure rules (e.g., clearly label as a complimentary visit/paid collaboration where required by law or platform policies).
Cancellations & rescheduling
Blackstock Market can cancel/reschedule for operational reasons. If we cancel, we’ll offer an alternative date or refund any direct expenses. If the creator cancels late, Blackstock Market may refuse future participation.
Taxes & reporting
Creators are responsible for any taxes due on payments. Blackstock Market may collect tax information and provide payment documentation (e.g., invoices, tax forms) as required by law.
Termination & removal
Blackstock Market can remove creators or revoke benefits for breach of terms or misconduct.
