What’s Christmas without a little mischief and magic? Throughout your visit, little ones will have the chance to meet some very special festive friends, there’ll be plenty of opportunities for photos, cuddles and unforgettable Christmas moments with our festive characters.

A Special Letter to Santa!

Every child will have the chance to write their very own letter to Santa, sharing their Christmas wishes and making sure the big man knows exactly what’s on their list! After you've sent it directly to the North Pole, you'll get an extra special treat - a golden coin to take home!

Tickets

Children – £15.95 per child, including afternoon tea tower, all activities and gifts

Adults – £8 per adult, including a hot drink

Each session lasts approximately one hour, giving your family plenty of time to enjoy your festive treats, meet the characters and make wonderful Christmas memories.

When booking, please let us know how many Adults and Children are required in the booking.

Every Saturday and Sunday from the 29th November.

Sessions run from 12pm - 4pm.

Spaces are limited for each session, so book early to avoid missing out on the Christmas magic!

FAQs

Children must be supervised at all times during the event.

If other older guests (18+) want to come but not attend the event, they are welcome to wait in the main blackstock market area until your experience is complete.

Children under 6 months old are free. If you have a child under 6 months and wish for them to receive all activities and gifts, please purchase them a ticket.
