Lawrence Chaney is a Scottish drag queen and winner of the critically acclaimed “RuPaul’s Drag Race UK: Season 2”. In 2021, Lawrence won a Scottish BAFTA award, becoming one of the only drag artists in history to do so. After winning the Drag Race crown, Lawrence has travelled the world in major tours, appeared in television shows like “The Weakest Link”, “Celebrity Lingo”, “God Shave The Queens”, and “I Like To Watch UK”… as well as debuted her sold out one-woman-show, Overweight & Over It, at Edinburgh Fringe Festival. Lawrence is the author of her debut memoir “Drag Queen Of Scots”, and the host/star of two mini-series programs: BBC’s “Homecoming Queens” and WOW+’s “Tartan Around”. Currently residing in the United States, Lawrence is the host of the “RuPaul’s Drag Race LIVE” Las Vegas residency.
